很多東西需要噴漆，比如家具，汽車外殼，電線桿。噴漆的目的是一是為了美觀，二是為了防止氧化，三是為了增加使用更長(zhǎng)

　　Many things need to be painted, such as furniture, car shells, and utility poles. The purpose of painting is twofold: firstly, for aesthetics; secondly, to prevent oxidation; and thirdly, to increase usage for a longer period of time

　　但是在噴漆過程中，我們回發(fā)現(xiàn)有時(shí)候會(huì)出現(xiàn)起泡現(xiàn)象，也有色澤變暗，甚至流掛，這些現(xiàn)象會(huì)嚴(yán)重的降低噴漆質(zhì)量。這是為什么呢？其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單，這是噴漆房過于潮濕所引起，尤其是在下雨的時(shí)候進(jìn)行噴漆作業(yè)。

　　However, during the painting process, we found that sometimes there may be bubbling, darkening of color, and even sagging, which can seriously reduce the quality of the painting. Why is that? It's actually quite simple, it's caused by the paint booth being too humid, especially when it's raining for painting operations.

　　下雨天，空氣濕度會(huì)升高，噴漆房會(huì)變得更加潮濕，于是空氣中混合大量的水汽，在噴漆過程中，水汽就會(huì)被混合到漆料里面，這樣一來，漆料干燥時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)，而且水汽散發(fā)出來后導(dǎo)致漆料起泡，留下一個(gè)個(gè)空隙，于是漆料的附著力會(huì)下降，對(duì)噴漆作業(yè)有嚴(yán)重的影響。那么如何解決這個(gè)問題呢

　　On rainy days, the humidity in the air will increase, making the paint booth even more humid. As a result, a large amount of water vapor is mixed in the air, and during the painting process, the water vapor will be mixed into the paint. This prolongs the drying time of the paint, and the release of water vapor will cause the paint to bubble, leaving gaps. As a result, the adhesion of the paint will decrease, which has a serious impact on the painting operation. So how to solve this problem

　　1：在建立噴漆房的時(shí)候，不要拿一個(gè)空房間就可以，需要在噴漆房外墻面30CM外再建一個(gè)套房，這樣可以防止空氣進(jìn)入。要想噴漆房完全封閉這是不可能的，雖然封閉的緩解不會(huì)讓濕氣進(jìn)入，但是封閉的噴漆房不利于噴漆工人的身體健康

　　1: When building a paint booth, don't just take an empty room. You need to build another suite 30cm away from the exterior wall of the paint booth to prevent air from entering. It is impossible to completely enclose the paint booth. Although the enclosed space does not allow moisture to enter, it is not conducive to the physical health of the paint workers

　　2：增加通風(fēng)量，我們知道，通風(fēng)是最好的去濕方法，家里潮濕的時(shí)候我們會(huì)打開門窗讓家里的濕氣排放出去，因此需要在噴漆房安裝風(fēng)機(jī)，讓室內(nèi)的濕氣排放出去。不過記住，這種方法只能在晴天室外比室內(nèi)干燥的情況下，雨雪天氣，室內(nèi)的濕氣反而會(huì)越來越高。

　　2: Increasing ventilation volume, we know that ventilation is the best way to remove moisture. When the house is damp, we open doors and windows to let the moisture out. Therefore, we need to install fans in the paint booth to let the indoor moisture out. However, remember that this method can only be used on sunny days when the outdoors is drier than indoors. In rainy or snowy weather, the humidity indoors will actually increase.

　　3：提高室內(nèi)溫度：我們知道，溫度升高后，水分子的活動(dòng)會(huì)變快，空氣中就可以容納更多的水汽，在水汽一定的情況下，也就達(dá)到降低濕氣的目的，而且提高溫度還可以加快漆料的干燥速度。不過這種方法也只能用于氣溫較低的冬天跟春秋。夏天會(huì)讓噴漆工人中暑的。

　　3: Raising indoor temperature: We know that as the temperature increases, the activity of water molecules will become faster, allowing more water vapor to be contained in the air. With a certain amount of water vapor, the goal of reducing moisture can be achieved, and raising the temperature can also accelerate the drying speed of the paint. However, this method can only be used in colder winters and spring and autumn. Summer can cause heatstroke among spray painters.

　　4：配置除濕機(jī)，這是噴漆房去濕氣的最佳方法，因?yàn)槌凉駲C(jī)是專業(yè)對(duì)付潮濕的設(shè)備，它采用冷凍除濕技術(shù)，除濕速度快，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便，以很好的控制噴漆房的空氣濕度，不會(huì)讓空氣濕度過高，這樣就不會(huì)影響到噴漆效果，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)噴漆后色澤發(fā)白、流掛、起泡等現(xiàn)象，確保噴漆質(zhì)量。如果配合前面幾個(gè)方法一起除濕，控濕效果會(huì)更好。

　　4: Configuring a dehumidifier is the best way to remove moisture from a paint booth, as dehumidifiers are specialized equipment for dealing with humidity. They use freezing dehumidification technology, which has fast dehumidification speed, simple and convenient operation, to effectively control the air humidity in the paint booth. This will not affect the paint spraying effect, and there will be no whitening, sagging, bubbling or other phenomena after painting, ensuring the quality of the paint spraying. If combined with the previous methods for dehumidification, the humidity control effect will be better.
