板簧電泳線-懸掛鏈操作規(guī)程及維護(hù)使用說明

　　根據(jù)設(shè)備廠家提供的資料，整理如下：

　　According to the information provided by the equipment manufacturer, the following is compiled:

　　一、懸掛鏈操作規(guī)程及故障消除

　　1、 Operating procedures and troubleshooting for suspension chains

　?。ㄒ唬┎僮饕?guī)程

　?。?） Operating procedures

　　1、開機(jī)前，檢查所有部件是否按正常程序布置，如電機(jī)螺絲是否緊固等；

　　1. Before starting up, check whether all components are arranged according to normal procedures, such as whether the motor screws are tightened, etc;

　　2、將電源接至三相電源；

　　2. Connect the power supply to a three-phase power supply;

　　3、打開輸送開關(guān)；

　　3. Turn on the conveyor switch;

　　4、打開加熱系統(tǒng)開關(guān)；

　　4. Turn on the heating system switch;

　　5、將變頻器調(diào)節(jié)到工藝速度，此速度設(shè)定后不要輕易調(diào)整；避免速度與工藝不相符引起產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題；

　　5. Adjust the frequency converter to the process speed, and do not adjust it easily after setting this speed; Avoid product quality issues caused by speed and process mismatch;

　　6、關(guān)機(jī)前，先關(guān)閉所有加熱控制開關(guān)，并讓輸送繼續(xù)運(yùn)行15～20分鐘，然后才能將輸送電源開關(guān)關(guān)閉，避免輸送鏈條長(zhǎng)期處在高溫狀態(tài)，影響設(shè)備使用壽命。

　　6. Before shutting down, turn off all heating control switches and allow the conveyor to continue running for 15-20 minutes before turning off the conveyor power switch to avoid the conveyor chain being in a high-temperature state for a long time, which may affect the service life of the equipment.

　　（二）故障消除

　?。?） Fault elimination

　　1、當(dāng)輸送機(jī)運(yùn)行正常而突然停止時(shí)

　　1. When the conveyor suddenly stops running normally

　?。?）將電源關(guān)閉，先檢查機(jī)械部分；

　　(1) Turn off the power and check the mechanical parts first;

　?。╝）傳動(dòng)座是否為傳動(dòng)卡??；(調(diào)整傳動(dòng)座)

　　(a) Is the transmission seat stuck in the transmission; (Adjust the transmission seat)

　?。╞）是否軌道內(nèi)有異物卡住鏈條；(清除異物)

　　(b) Is there any foreign object stuck in the chain inside the track; (Remove foreign objects)

　　（c）吊具是否卡住其它物件。(理順吊具)

　　(c) Is the lifting device stuck on other objects. (Sort out the lifting equipment)

　　（2）上述檢查均為正常，再檢查電氣控制部分：

　　(2) The above checks are all normal, please check the electrical control part again:

　?。╝）開關(guān)是否異常閉合、斷開；(調(diào)校開關(guān))

　　(a) Whether the switch is abnormally closed or disconnected; (Adjustment switch)

　?。╞）是否變頻器沒有輸出，如沒有輸出或輸出電源電壓達(dá)不到380V，請(qǐng)與設(shè)備廠家聯(lián)系,切勿自行拆開維修；

　　(b) Is there no output from the frequency converter? If there is no output or the output power voltage cannot reach 380V, please contact the equipment manufacturer and do not disassemble and repair it yourself;

　?。╟）檢查電機(jī)是否已損壞。(如損壞請(qǐng)換相同品牌相同功率之電機(jī))

　　(c) Check if the motor is damaged. (If damaged, please replace with a motor of the same brand and power)

　　2、當(dāng)輸送線平時(shí)正常運(yùn)行而經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間使用，感覺到運(yùn)行不順利時(shí)

　　2. When the conveyor line runs normally but after a period of use, it feels that the operation is not smooth

　　（1）可能鏈條滑架失油；(請(qǐng)加潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑即可正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn))

　　(1) Possible loss of oil in the chain slide; (Please add lubricating grease for normal operation)

　?。?）傳動(dòng)座是否有定位；(將其定位)

　　(2) Is the transmission seat positioned; (Position it)

　?。?）傳動(dòng)座上母鏈?zhǔn)欠袼蓜?dòng)，母鏈上的牙齒是否有損壞現(xiàn)象。

　　(3) Is the mother chain on the transmission seat loose, and are there any damaged teeth on the mother chain.

　　3、驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)不工作

　　3. Drive motor not working

　?。?）電源不正?；虮ｋU(xiǎn)器燒壞；(檢查380V變頻器輸入、輸出電壓，修復(fù)保險(xiǎn)器）

　　(1) Abnormal power supply or burnt fuse; (Check the input and output voltage of the 380V frequency converter, repair the fuse)

　?。?）調(diào)整器故障；(更換）

　　(2) Adjuster malfunction; (Replacement)

　?。?）電動(dòng)機(jī)電源線路較長(zhǎng)，出現(xiàn)故障；(檢修電源線路）

　　(3) The power supply circuit of the electric motor is long and has malfunctioned; (Maintenance of power supply circuit)

　?。?）保護(hù)器動(dòng)作；(找出保護(hù)器動(dòng)作原因，排除故障后再開機(jī))

　　(4) Protector action; (Identify the cause of the protector's action, troubleshoot the issue, and then restart the device)

　?。?）電動(dòng)機(jī)損壞。(更換)

　　(5) The electric motor is damaged. (Replacement)

　　4、牽引鏈條不走，保護(hù)器動(dòng)作

　　4. The traction chain does not move, and the protector is activated

　　（1）烘干室內(nèi)滾輪因軸承長(zhǎng)期在高溫中工作，易造成滾輪脫落；(定期保養(yǎng)更換軸承，使用耐高溫潤(rùn)滑液體油脂；推薦德國(guó)speciai220特殊高溫液體油；輸送滑架、滾珠每4≦個(gè)月加高溫固體油脂；推薦美國(guó)IMSCO2018或2012特殊高溫固體油脂)

　　(1) The rollers in the drying room are prone to detachment due to the bearings working in high temperatures for a long time; (Regular maintenance and replacement of bearings, use high-temperature resistant lubricating liquid grease; recommend German special220 special high-temperature liquid oil;); Add high-temperature solid grease to the conveying carriage and ball bearings every 4 ≤ months; Recommend IMSCO2018 or 2012 special high-temperature solid grease from the United States)

　　（2）驅(qū)動(dòng)鏈安裝調(diào)整不當(dāng)，使連接銷磨損脫落，造成驅(qū)動(dòng)鏈脫落；(正確調(diào)整驅(qū)動(dòng)鏈,定期加潤(rùn)滑脂并檢查驅(qū)動(dòng)鏈聯(lián)接銷，普通固體油脂）

　　(2) Improper installation and adjustment of the drive chain resulted in wear and tear of the connecting pin, causing the drive chain to detach; (Correctly adjust the drive chain, regularly add lubricating grease and check the connection pin of the drive chain, ordinary solid grease)

　　（3）減速器內(nèi)部卡?。?拆卸檢修）

　　(3) The reducer is stuck inside; (Disassembly and maintenance)

　?。?）支撐軌松脫或調(diào)整位置不當(dāng)，頂住驅(qū)動(dòng)鏈。(重新安裝,調(diào)整位置）

　　(4) The support rail is loose or improperly adjusted in position, supporting the drive chain. (Reinstall, adjust position)

　　5、牽引鏈運(yùn)行時(shí)局部松垂

　　5. Local looseness during traction chain operation

　　牽引鏈因磨損變長(zhǎng)，使張緊裝置到達(dá)極限位置；(拆除一段牽引鏈調(diào)整好張緊裝置的引程至恰當(dāng)位置)

　　The traction chain has become longer due to wear, causing the tensioning device to reach its limit position; (Remove a section of the traction chain and adjust the lead of the tensioning device to the appropriate position)

　　6、減速器漏油

　　6. Gearbox oil leakage

　?。?）油堵松動(dòng)或密封圈老化損壞；(緊固油堵或更換密封圈）

　　(1) Loose oil blockage or aging and damaged sealing ring; (Tighten the oil plug or replace the sealing ring)

　?。?）軸承油封損壞；(更換油封）

　　(2) The bearing oil seal is damaged; (Replace oil seal)

　　（3）加油太多，超出擋油盤,使油溢出。(控制加油量，不應(yīng)超過油標(biāo)指定位置）

　　(3) Too much refueling, exceeding the oil baffle, causing oil to overflow. (Control the fuel volume and do not exceed the designated position on the fuel gauge)

　　7、減速器噪音太大

　　7. The noise of the reducer is too loud

　　（1）減速器缺油；(觀察油標(biāo),加油至指定位）

　　(1) The reducer is short of oil; (Observe the fuel gauge and refuel to the designated position)

　?。?）軸承缺油或損壞。(更換軸承加潤(rùn)滑脂）

　　(2) Bearings lack oil or are damaged. (Replace bearings and add lubricating grease)

　　8、鏈條拉斷

　　8. Chain breakage

　?。?）嚴(yán)重磨損；(更換)

　　(1) Severe wear and tear; (Replacement)

　?。?）保險(xiǎn)銷槽不對(duì)位；(重裝保險(xiǎn)銷,選用合格材料）

　　(2) The insurance sales slot is not aligned; (Reinstall the insurance pin and use qualified materials)

　?。?）拉緊裝置中的重塊落地，造成拉緊裝置不起作用；(縮短鏈條長(zhǎng)度）

　　(3) The heavy block in the tensioning device falls to the ground, causing the tensioning device to malfunction; (Shorten the chain length)

　?。?）拉緊裝置卡位或失調(diào)；(修理拉緊裝置使其靈活）

　　(4) Tightening device stuck or misaligned; (Repair the tensioning device to make it flexible)

　?。?）鏈條掛住障礙物。

　　(5) The chain hangs on the obstacle.

　　9、保險(xiǎn)銷剪斷

　　9. Insurance sales cut off

　?。?）有障礙物把鏈條卡住；(排除障礙物)

　　(1) There is an obstacle blocking the chain; (Remove obstacles)

　　（2）承重超越設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)荷。(減輕負(fù)荷)

　　(2) The load-bearing capacity exceeds the design load. (Reduce load)

　　10、鏈條運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)生爬行

　　10. Crawling occurs during the operation of the chain

　　若一處有阻力，就有節(jié)奏的爬行，若幾處有阻力，爬行就沒有規(guī)律。(邊開車邊沿鏈條線路進(jìn)行檢查,清除卡緊處的阻力）

　　If there is resistance in one place, there will be rhythmic crawling; if there are resistance in several places, crawling will be irregular. (Check the chain line while driving and remove the resistance at the clamping point)

　　11、驅(qū)動(dòng)鏈嚴(yán)重磨損

　　11. Severe wear and tear on the drive chain

　?。?）鏈條位置不對(duì)；(按程度調(diào)整）

　　(1) The chain position is incorrect; (Adjust according to degree)

　?。?）傾斜；(重新調(diào)整安裝）

　　(2) Tilt; (Re adjust installation)

　　（3）潤(rùn)滑不良。(加潤(rùn)滑脂）

　　(3) Poor lubrication. (Add lubricating grease)
