伸縮式噴漆房管理規(guī)定

　　Regulations on the Management of Telescopic Spray Painting Rooms

　　為了保證噴漆設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，使之處于良好的技術(shù)狀態(tài)，保證生產(chǎn)的正常運(yùn)行，特制訂本制度。

　　In order to ensure the normal operation of paint spraying equipment, keep it in good technical condition, and ensure the normal operation of production, this system is specially formulated.

　　1.噴漆工作場所附近嚴(yán)禁煙火和打磨作業(yè)，操作者應(yīng)熟悉消防滅火器材的分布位置和使用方法。

　　1. Smoking and polishing operations are strictly prohibited near the painting workplace. Operators should be familiar with the distribution and usage of fire extinguishing equipment.

　　2.噴漆操作時(shí)操作者要穿戴好勞動(dòng)防護(hù)用品,保護(hù)自身安全健康。

　　During the painting operation, the operator should wear labor protection equipment to protect their own safety and health.

　　3.操作者應(yīng)該熟悉了解掌握設(shè)備的各儀表性能，會(huì)處理簡單的設(shè)備故障，如遇不能處理的設(shè)備故障時(shí)，應(yīng)上報(bào)班組長，請(qǐng)維修人員處理，禁止私自拆卸設(shè)備重要部位。

　　3. The operator should be familiar with and understand the performance of each instrument of the equipment, and be able to handle simple equipment failures. In case of equipment failures that cannot be handled, they should report to the team leader and ask maintenance personnel to handle them. It is prohibited to dismantle important parts of the equipment without authorization.

　　4.操作者要定期檢查設(shè)備限位開關(guān)的靈敏度，每隔三個(gè)月檢查一次聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)和減速機(jī)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)是否正常，檢查緊固螺栓不得有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。

　　4. The operator should regularly check the sensitivity of the equipment limit switch, check the linkage mechanism and gearbox transmission mechanism for normal operation every three months, and ensure that the fastening bolts are not loose.

　　5.減速機(jī)及軸承部分潤滑要良好，潤滑周期為十二個(gè)月一次。

　　5. The lubrication of the reducer and bearing parts should be good, with a lubrication cycle of once every twelve months.

　　6.操作者日常使用時(shí)，需要注意保護(hù)排風(fēng)機(jī)的機(jī)箱日常保潔、保證風(fēng)機(jī)每個(gè)潤滑點(diǎn)定期維護(hù)，周期為每三個(gè)月檢查一次。

　　6. During daily use, the operator needs to pay attention to protecting the chassis of the exhaust fan and ensuring regular maintenance of each lubrication point of the fan. The inspection cycle is every three months.

　　7.伸縮移動(dòng)前室軌道附近不能有雜物，禁止向噴漆房內(nèi)和水箱內(nèi)投棄塑料袋、包裝紙、木質(zhì)碎片等異物;噴漆房內(nèi)的照明燈應(yīng)為防爆燈。

　　7. There should be no debris near the track of the retractable front room. It is prohibited to throw plastic bags, packaging paper, wooden fragments and other foreign objects into the paint booth and water tank; The lighting in the paint booth should be explosion-proof.

　　8.操作者3-6個(gè)月清理一次水箱，6-12個(gè)月清理一次擋水板。

　　9.移動(dòng)式噴漆間及無水泵水幕噴漆室的日常操作及維護(hù)由操作者專人負(fù)責(zé)并做好設(shè)備運(yùn)行記錄，由班組長監(jiān)督檢查，每月生產(chǎn)部抽查。每日工作結(jié)束后要清理衛(wèi)生，保持作業(yè)現(xiàn)場整潔。

　　9. The daily operation and maintenance of mobile spray painting rooms and water curtain spray painting rooms without water pumps are the responsibility of dedicated operators who keep records of equipment operation. The team leader supervises and inspects the equipment, and the production department conducts spot checks every month. Clean up and maintain the cleanliness of the work site after daily work.
