自動噴粉線:粉末涂料的回收設(shè)備有哪些種類,各有什么特點?
噴溢的粉末涂料,可以回收利用,是粉末涂料的重要優(yōu)勢?;厥帐峭ㄟ^回收設(shè)備來完成的。粉末涂料回收設(shè)備的種類很多,有旋風(fēng)分離式、袋 式、彈筒式(濾芯式)、傳送帶式、薄膜式等。在實際涂裝體系中,采用單一設(shè)備的很少,多數(shù)采用兩種或兩種以上設(shè)備組合在一起的復(fù)合型設(shè)備。這是因為每種設(shè)備既有各自的優(yōu)點,又有一定的缺點,只用一種設(shè)備往往不能得到滿意的結(jié)果,只有使用復(fù)合型設(shè)備,才能達到互為補償?shù)睦硐虢Y(jié)合。在自動化流水線上,用得最多的還是旋風(fēng)分離器和袋濾器相結(jié)合的回收系統(tǒng)。旋風(fēng)分離器主要回收大部分噴溢的粉末涂料,袋濾器則回收過細的粉末涂料。
The sprayed powder coating can be recycled, which is an important advantage of powder coating. Recycling is accomplished through recycling equipment. There are many types of powder coating recycling equipment, including cyclone separation, bag type, cartridge type (filter type), conveyor belt type, film type, etc. In actual painting systems, few use a single device, and most use composite equipment that combines two or more devices together. This is because each device has its own advantages and disadvantages, and using only one device often cannot achieve satisfactory results. Only by using composite devices can we achieve the ideal combination of mutual compensation. The most commonly used recycling system on automated assembly lines is still the combination of cyclone separators and bag filters. The cyclone separator mainly recovers most of the spilled powder coating, while the bag filter recovers ultra-fine powder coating.

一、旋風(fēng)分離式回收設(shè)備
1、 Cyclone separation recycling equipment
旋風(fēng)分離式回收設(shè)備是由旋風(fēng)分離器、鼓風(fēng)機、振動篩等組成。它像旋風(fēng)除塵器一樣,是利用龍卷風(fēng)的原理制成的,當高速氣流通過倒錐形分離器上部圓筒部分時,氣流就在圓筒內(nèi)部高速旋轉(zhuǎn),同時在倒錐形內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生離心力,這種離心力就把較重的粉末涂料顆粒分離出來。當被回收的粉末涂料隨著氣流被帶進分離器時,由于離心力的作用,粗粒子粉末涂料就沉積在錐形筒的底部,得到回收;過細的粉末涂料就隨氣流從上部帶走。這種設(shè)備對15μm 以上粉末涂料的回收率高達93%~94%。為了提高回收效率,開發(fā)了吹進二次空氣的改進型旋風(fēng)分離設(shè)備。改進型二次旋風(fēng)分離器的氣流流向和基本原理示意見圖1。高性能旋風(fēng)分離器和高性能二次旋風(fēng)分離器回收粉末涂料時,對不同粒度粉末涂料的回收效率的影響見圖2。從圖中可以看出,經(jīng)過二次旋風(fēng)回收以后,對微細粉末涂料,特別是 10μm 以下粉末涂料的回收率有明顯的提高。

This centrifugal force separates heavier powder coating particles. When the recycled powder coating is carried into the separator by the airflow, due to the centrifugal force, the coarse particle powder coating settles at the bottom of the conical cylinder and is recycled; The ultra-fine powder coating is carried away from the upper part by the airflow. This device has a recovery rate of up to 93% to 94% for powder coatings over 15 μ m. In order to improve the recycling efficiency, an improved cyclone separation equipment that blows in secondary air has been developed. Diagram 1 shows the airflow direction and basic principle of the improved secondary cyclone separator. The impact of high-performance cyclone separators and high-performance secondary cyclone separators on the recovery efficiency of powder coatings with different particle sizes is shown in Figure 2. From the figure, it can be seen that after the secondary cyclone recovery, the recovery rate of fine powder coatings, especially powder coatings below 10 μ m, has been significantly improved.

二、袋濾式回收設(shè)備

袋濾式回收設(shè)備是由袋濾器、振蕩器、抽風(fēng)機、振動篩等組成(見圖3)。這種設(shè)備的基本原理是當帶有噴溢粉末涂料的氣流通過袋濾器時,只有空氣透過濾布,粉末涂料卻通不過去,從而使粉末涂料從空氣中分離出來,分離的粉末涂料進行收集,然后經(jīng)振動篩過篩除去雜質(zhì),再與新粉末涂料混合后再用。這種設(shè)備的粉末涂料回收效率達99.9%,回收效率決定于濾布的材質(zhì)和孔隙,用于濾布的材料有毛氈、帆布、尼龍布、滌綸布和其他合成纖維材料等。

為了保證濾布的正常過濾功能,必須及時清掃附著于濾布上的粉末涂料。清掃的方法有兩種,一種是振蕩法;另一種是壓縮空氣反吹法。振蕩法是用振蕩裝置定時振蕩濾布,振掉附著在濾布上的粉末涂料。壓縮空氣反吹法是定時從袋濾器的濾布外面,往里吹壓縮空氣,把附著在濾布上的粉末涂料吹掉,保證濾布暢通。在壓縮空氣反吹法中使用的空氣流的速度為5~10m/s。這種設(shè)備有以下優(yōu)點:

三、彈筒(濾芯)式回收設(shè)備

彈筒(濾芯)式回收粉末涂料設(shè)備是袋濾式回收設(shè)備的改進型,其回收的基本原理是一樣的,主要區(qū)別在于過濾裝置的小型化和高效化。彈筒(濾芯)式過濾器的結(jié)構(gòu)及原理示意見圖4,裝有彈筒(濾芯)式過濾器粉末涂料回收設(shè)備的涂裝系統(tǒng)見圖5。這種回收粉末系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備是彈筒(濾芯)式過濾器,直接可安放在噴粉室內(nèi)部。

當噴溢的粉末涂料隨空氣流進入彈筒(濾芯)式過濾器內(nèi)部時,由于濾芯的過濾作用,粉末涂料就不能透過濾芯,附著在濾芯外壁或者落到濾芯底部,只有空氣透過濾芯壁,排放到外部。因為濾芯頂部裝有一個噴嘴,定時地往濾芯內(nèi)部反吹壓縮空氣,把附著在濾芯外壁的粉末涂料吹下來,落到濾芯的下面。當回收粉末涂料達到一定量時,通過傾斜板把粉末涂料收集到噴粉室底部,經(jīng)過過篩,除去機械雜質(zhì),跟新粉混合后使用。另外,濾芯達到規(guī)定使用壽命以后,及時更換新濾芯,以確保回收效果。這種設(shè)備有以下優(yōu)點:

四、傳送帶式回收設(shè)備
4、 Conveyor belt recycling equipment
傳送帶式粉末涂料回收設(shè)備是通過安裝在噴粉室下面,用過濾布制成,并不停地運轉(zhuǎn)的傳送帶回收粉末涂料。當噴粉室內(nèi)進行噴涂時,噴溢的粉末涂料就隨氣流進入回收設(shè)備,空氣就透過過濾布制成的傳送帶向外排放,粉末涂料就被傳送帶捕集,并由傳送帶送到真空吸粉器處,把粉末從傳送帶吸下,送往旋風(fēng)分離器和袋濾器進行回收(見圖6)。

回收粉末涂料經(jīng)振動篩過篩除去機械雜質(zhì),再與新粉末按比例混合后,供涂裝體系使用。從噴粉室排放的空氣是經(jīng)過濾器凈化以后排放大氣。這種設(shè)備可以單獨使用,也可以和其他回收設(shè)備組合后使用,圖6是同旋風(fēng)分離器和袋濾器組合使用的例子。這種設(shè)備有以下優(yōu)點:

缺點是連同設(shè)備的附屬系統(tǒng)在內(nèi),整個回收系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜。

五、薄膜式回收設(shè)備
5、 Thin film recycling equipment
薄膜式回收設(shè)備涂裝系統(tǒng)見圖7,噴粉室內(nèi)部的所有壁面都由透明塑料薄膜覆蓋,噴粉室外部是由旋風(fēng)分離器和袋濾器組成的完整的粉末涂料回收系統(tǒng)。噴粉室的框架由管子構(gòu)成,上部安放新薄膜,底部安放用過的薄膜,當需要換色時,用過的薄膜卷起來回收粉末,同時重新鋪新薄膜。為了回收粉末涂料,噴粉室底部設(shè)計成圓筒狀,再與旋風(fēng)分離器和袋濾器相連結(jié)。這種回收系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點是換色時間短,10分鐘左右可以換色,適用于換色多的涂裝體系。

When a color change is needed, the used film is rolled up to recover the powder and a new film is laid. In order to recycle powder coating, the bottom of the powder spraying chamber is designed in a cylindrical shape and connected to a cyclone separator and a bag filter. The advantage of this recycling system is its short color change time, which can be changed in about 10 minutes, making it suitable for coating systems with multiple color changes.
