　　隨著春節(jié)假期的臨近，許多電泳線會(huì)安排7-20天不等的停產(chǎn)休假。為了維護(hù)電泳槽液狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定，及節(jié)后的正常生產(chǎn)，溫馨提醒您，在放假期間需做好維護(hù)及檢修事宜。

　　As the Spring Festival holiday approaches, many electrophoresis lines will be scheduled for a shutdown vacation of 7-20 days. In order to maintain the stability of the electrophoresis tank solution and ensure normal production after the holiday, we kindly remind you to do a good job in maintenance and repair during the holiday period.

　　一、放假前的準(zhǔn)備

　　1、 Preparation before the holiday

　　放假之前，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需要組織設(shè)備、工藝、技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)等多部門(mén)員工對(duì)整個(gè)電泳線進(jìn)行作業(yè)計(jì)劃安排以及設(shè)備巡視檢測(cè)，并對(duì)設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和停用做好應(yīng)對(duì)計(jì)劃及標(biāo)識(shí)說(shuō)明。

　　Before the holiday, it is necessary to organize employees from multiple departments including equipment, process, technology, and production to plan and arrange the operation of the entire electrophoresis line, conduct equipment inspections and testing, and prepare response plans and labeling instructions for equipment operation and shutdown.

　　建議從以下幾點(diǎn)進(jìn)行：

　　Suggestions should be made from the following points:

　　1. 毛坯件及成品件、報(bào)廢件放置整理在對(duì)應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)置放區(qū)域，防止存放時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)及不當(dāng)造成工件銹蝕、損壞及丟失等，以及可能帶來(lái)的安全隱患（如磕碰摔傷）；

　　1. Blank parts, finished parts, and scrapped parts should be placed and organized in corresponding standard storage areas to prevent corrosion, damage, and loss of workpieces caused by prolonged or improper storage, as well as potential safety hazards such as collisions and falls;

　　2. 涂料、試劑放置在倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)，因冬季氣溫較低，且停產(chǎn)期間車(chē)間加熱設(shè)備停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，需要防止涂料存放倉(cāng)庫(kù)位置的溫度過(guò)低（電泳涂料需要在5-35℃環(huán)境下保存）；合理備料，保證春節(jié)后有料可用；

　　2. Coatings and reagents are stored in the warehouse. Due to the low temperature in winter and the shutdown of the workshop heating equipment, it is necessary to prevent the temperature of the coating storage warehouse from being too low (electrophoretic coatings need to be stored in an environment of 5-35 ℃); Reasonably prepare materials to ensure availability after the Spring Festival;

　　3. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)水洗槽、噴淋循環(huán)水箱中可以裝水并蓋上蓋子，電機(jī)停止攪拌，檢查閥門(mén)管道關(guān)閉；

　　3. The on-site water washing tank and spray circulating water tank can be filled with water and covered, the motor stops stirring, and the valve and pipeline are checked to be closed;

　　4. 電泳槽保持循環(huán)攪拌狀態(tài)，并保持槽液溫度在25℃左右，防止涂料沉淀；

　　4. Keep the electrophoresis tank in a circulating stirring state and maintain the temperature of the tank solution at around 25 ℃ to prevent coating precipitation;

　　5. UF系統(tǒng)需要保持超濾膜在潤(rùn)濕狀態(tài)，防止超濾膜干燥涂料干結(jié)導(dǎo)致超濾膜堵膜造成超濾效果下降；

　　5. The UF system needs to keep the ultrafiltration membrane in a wet state to prevent the membrane from drying and coating from clogging, resulting in a decrease in ultrafiltration efficiency;

　　6. 排掉陽(yáng)極箱（陰極箱）及陽(yáng)極管（陰極管）中的陽(yáng)極液，并用純水進(jìn)行置換，保持陽(yáng)極管（陰極管）純水浸泡潤(rùn)濕狀態(tài)，停止循環(huán)電極；

　　6. Drain the anode liquid from the anode box (cathode box) and anode tube (cathode tube), and replace it with pure water to maintain the anode tube (cathode tube) in a wet state soaked in pure water, and stop circulating the electrode;

　　7. 關(guān)閉烘箱、燃?xì)饣蛉剂祥_(kāi)關(guān)，謹(jǐn)防火災(zāi)隱患；取下輸送鏈條上的工件，防止對(duì)輸送鏈條的影響；

　　7. Turn off the oven, gas or fuel switch to prevent fire hazards; Remove the workpiece from the conveyor chain to prevent any impact on the conveyor chain;

　　在整個(gè)巡查完畢后，對(duì)停用及禁入?yún)^(qū)域貼好封條，并安排放假期間值班人員，交接值班巡查及注意事項(xiàng)。

　　二、放假期間正常維護(hù)事宜

　　2、 Normal maintenance during holidays

　　1. 確保電泳槽液處于循環(huán)攪拌狀態(tài)，因特殊情況等停止攪拌時(shí)間不宜超過(guò)4小時(shí)；

　　1. Ensure that the electrophoresis tank solution is in a circulating stirring state, and stop stirring for no more than 4 hours due to special circumstances;

　　2. 每天巡查電泳槽液面高度，需要及時(shí)補(bǔ)加純水，使電泳槽主槽和副槽液位差在5-10cm左右；

　　2. Daily inspection of the liquid level in the electrophoresis tank requires timely addition of pure water to ensure that the liquid level difference between the main and auxiliary tanks is around 5-10cm;

　　3. 保證冷熱水機(jī)組運(yùn)行正常，將電泳槽液溫度控制在25℃左右，可減少停產(chǎn)期間溶劑的揮發(fā)；

　　3. To ensure the normal operation of the hot and cold water units, the temperature of the electrophoresis tank solution should be controlled at around 25 ℃, which can reduce the evaporation of solvents during the shutdown period;

　　4. 電泳線做好安全巡查，防塵防蟲(chóng)防破壞防墜槽。

　　4. Conduct safety inspections on the electrophoresis line, including dust, insect, damage, and fall prevention grooves.

　　三、春節(jié)后開(kāi)線生產(chǎn)安排

　　3、 Production schedule for opening production lines after the Spring Festival

　　1. 春節(jié)結(jié)束返廠后，在開(kāi)始生產(chǎn)前，先檢查各封條標(biāo)識(shí)是否正常；

　　1. After returning to the factory after the Spring Festival, check whether the seal labels are normal before starting production;

　　2. 組織相關(guān)人員更換水箱存水，檢測(cè)各閥門(mén)開(kāi)啟關(guān)閉是否正確，開(kāi)啟電機(jī)正常循環(huán)；

　　2. Organize relevant personnel to replace the stored water in the water tank, check whether the valves are opened and closed correctly, and start the motor to circulate normally;

　　3. 檢查電泳槽液參數(shù)，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注溶劑含量是否足夠（可根據(jù)揮發(fā)情況補(bǔ)加NHF-01助劑），將電泳槽液溫度升至正常溫度，

　　3. Check the parameters of the electrophoresis tank solution, focusing on whether the solvent content is sufficient (NHF-01 auxiliary agent can be added according to the volatilization situation), and raise the temperature of the electrophoresis tank solution to normal temperature,

　　4. 配制陽(yáng)極液、開(kāi)啟陽(yáng)極系統(tǒng)；

　　4. Prepare the anode solution and activate the anode system;

　　5. 更換主循環(huán)和超濾過(guò)濾袋，加強(qiáng)過(guò)濾；

　　5. Replace the main circulation and ultrafiltration filter bags to enhance filtration;

　　6. 開(kāi)啟超濾系統(tǒng)并檢查；

　　6. Turn on the ultrafiltration system and check it;

　　7. 按流程檢查其它各設(shè)備運(yùn)行是否正常；

　　7. Check if other devices are operating normally according to the process;

　　8. 電泳烘箱、轉(zhuǎn)序車(chē)及電泳掛具清洗除塵后進(jìn)行使用；

　　8. Use the electrophoresis oven, transfer cart, and electrophoresis hanger after cleaning and dust removal;

　　9. 其它安裝電泳線正常操作程序進(jìn)行，緊急情況及時(shí)聯(lián)系反饋。

　　9. Other normal operating procedures for installing electrophoresis lines should be followed, and emergency situations should be promptly reported.

　　補(bǔ)充注意事項(xiàng)

　　Additional precautions

　　對(duì)于平時(shí)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)緊張，未能進(jìn)行倒槽的客戶，可以考慮在放假前或開(kāi)始停產(chǎn)開(kāi)線前進(jìn)行倒槽事宜。

　　For customers who have tight production tasks and are unable to carry out slot swapping, it may be considered to do so before holidays or before starting production shutdowns.

　　1. 有備用槽的電泳線，可先將備用槽用純水清洗干凈，然后將電泳槽液打到備用槽后，無(wú)備用槽的電泳線可將UF浸泡槽中的UF液排放，將電泳槽液轉(zhuǎn)移至UF浸泡槽中；

　　1. For electrophoresis lines with backup tanks, the backup tank can be cleaned with pure water first, and then the electrophoresis tank solution can be transferred to the backup tank. For electrophoresis lines without backup tanks, the UF solution in the UF soaking tank can be discharged and transferred to the UF soaking tank;

　　2. 清理電泳槽中的沉淀雜質(zhì)，特別是拐角和死角區(qū)域；

　　2. Clean the sediment impurities in the electrophoresis tank, especially in the corners and blind spots;

　　3. 清洗、更換及調(diào)整電泳槽循環(huán)管道及噴嘴，改善循環(huán)；

　　3. Clean, replace, and adjust the electrophoresis tank circulation pipeline and nozzle to improve circulation;

　　4. 檢修陽(yáng)極系統(tǒng)：檢查陽(yáng)極膜是否漏、堵，陽(yáng)極（不銹鋼、板）是否出現(xiàn)腐蝕生銹嚴(yán)重、極管（框）是否變形破損、陽(yáng)極液循環(huán)管流量情況，對(duì)異常的陽(yáng)極系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行清洗更換修復(fù)；如陽(yáng)極系統(tǒng)有生細(xì)菌情況，需要使用雙氧水等進(jìn)行殺菌處理（注意安全防護(hù)）。在停產(chǎn)期間，可將陽(yáng)極液排放，加入純水，使陽(yáng)極膜處于潤(rùn)濕狀態(tài)，防止陽(yáng)極液泄露進(jìn)入電泳槽液以及陽(yáng)極膜干燥出現(xiàn)堵膜情況；

　　4. Maintenance of anode system: Check whether the anode film is leaking or blocked, whether the anode (stainless steel, plate) is severely corroded or rusted, whether the electrode tube (frame) is deformed or damaged, and the flow rate of the anode liquid circulation tube. Clean, replace, and repair any abnormal anode system; If there are bacteria in the anode system, it is necessary to use hydrogen peroxide for sterilization treatment (pay attention to safety protection). During the shutdown period, the anode solution can be discharged and pure water can be added to keep the anode membrane in a wet state, preventing the leakage of the anode solution into the electrophoresis tank solution and the blockage of the anode membrane due to drying;

　　5. 超濾系統(tǒng)清洗：放假期間可在清洗水箱中先加入NHF-01助劑和NHF-02助劑，配制清洗劑，對(duì)超濾膜進(jìn)行反清洗，然后再用純水進(jìn)行清洗；清洗完成后，關(guān)閉超濾清洗泵，同時(shí)可將超濾進(jìn)液管、回液管閥門(mén)關(guān)閉，使超濾膜處于潤(rùn)濕狀態(tài)，防止干燥堵膜；

　　5. Ultrafiltration system cleaning: During holidays, NHF-01 and NHF-02 additives can be added to the cleaning water tank to prepare cleaning agents for backwashing the ultrafiltration membrane, and then pure water can be used for cleaning; After cleaning, turn off the ultrafiltration cleaning pump, and at the same time, close the valves of the ultrafiltration inlet and return pipes to keep the ultrafiltration membrane in a wet state and prevent drying and clogging;

　　6. 清洗UF槽循環(huán)水箱、UF槽體，清洗和更換調(diào)節(jié)噴淋管道和噴嘴，清洗完成后補(bǔ)加純水，如果槽體體積過(guò)大，需要在UF槽中補(bǔ)加適量NHF-01助劑，防止超濾后電泳槽中溶劑被打入U(xiǎn)F槽中導(dǎo)致電泳槽溶劑含量過(guò)低；

　　6. Clean the UF tank circulating water tank and UF tank body, clean and replace the regulating spray pipes and nozzles, and add pure water after cleaning. If the tank body volume is too large, an appropriate amount of NHF-01 auxiliary agent needs to be added to the UF tank to prevent the solvent in the electrophoresis tank from being injected into the UF tank after ultrafiltration, resulting in a low solvent content in the electrophoresis tank;

　　7. 清理打掃烘箱、清理鏈條上的附著物；

　　7. Clean the oven and remove any attachments from the chain;

　　8. 待電泳槽系統(tǒng)檢修完成后將電泳槽液打回電泳槽中，在打出和打回時(shí)可在出液管處套上過(guò)濾袋或者提高過(guò)濾器中過(guò)濾袋更換頻率加強(qiáng)過(guò)濾。

　　8. After the maintenance of the electrophoresis tank system is completed, the electrophoresis tank solution can be returned to the electrophoresis tank. During the return and return process, filter bags can be placed on the outlet pipe or the frequency of filter bag replacement can be increased to enhance filtration.
